RETURNS REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty we will provide Returns Refunds or Exchanges upon return of the Product.

Conditions of Return

Unless faulty, Cosmetic Products which have been open cannot be Returned or Exchanged, due the Health & Hygiene reasons.

The item/s have to be Returned within 14 days, in an un-used, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging when you return them.

All Returns Refunds or Exchanges are evaluated before being processed.

Please note a Refund can take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card by your Bank.

Where you decide to cancel an order after the Products have been dispatched, you will be under a duty to Return them to us by Post at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any Loss or Damage to the Products in transit. All such Products should be returned within the time period specified in the Returns Refund or Exchanges Procedure.

Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us Un-used and in the same condition in which you received them together with the Original Product packaging, in accordance with our Returns Refunds or Exchanges Procedure. We will after processing offer a Refund or Exchange.

Cost of Returns

We will bear the cost of you returning the Products to us providing the parcel is sent from a UK address. After you cancel your Order and Return the Products we will reimburse you all sums debited by us including the cost of Returned Delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of Delivery other than the least expensive type of Standard Delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. This would include for example the unsealing of Sealed Products.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will make the reimbursement using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In any case, within the earlier of (a) 14 days of the day we receive the Product/s from you; (b) 14 days of the day you provide us with evidence that you have Returned the Product/s; or (c) where no Product/s were dispatched 14 days of the day you provide your notice to cancel the order.

In addition to our Returns Policy set out above, if any Product you purchase is Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect, we may offer an Exchange or Refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2018. If you decide to cancel your Order you must inform us in writing of your decision to cancel before the Order is sent for delivery. You can cancel by e-mail:

You must return orders to us within 14 days of cancelling the Order and we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with the paragraph above.

Return Orders with Royal Mail Standard Delivery £3.99 will be included in any Refund due to you.

If you received Free Delivery (Orders over £35), you will pay the return Delivery Charge of £3.99, as we have paid for your free delivery in the first instant, and will be refunded the payment for the Order you paid for, after we have received the returned Products Un-Used, in a Re-Saleable condition, and in the Original Packaging.
