If you have received the incorrect item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter via the Contact Us page link below. You will need to return the item to us for a refund or exchange. If you had a free delivery for the items, you will pay the postal return charge.
However if you paid the postal cost for the item(s), you will pay the return charge and will be refunded the postal charge.
