To find out why has my order not arrived yet follow the steps below:
If your order has not arrived on the specified delivery date, you will need to check with the carrier to see if there have been any issues, but please allow 7 days not including Sunday from your delivery date for the parcel(s) to arrive.
You can track each parcel separately using the virtual assistant available on the website (UK only). Ask the virtual assistant ‘why has my order not arrived yet ?. You can then enter your order number to receive your updated order information.
You can also do this by clicking on the link in your email for why has my order not arrived yet. If your order is delayed you may be contacted by our Customer Care team to advise you of any issues we have with your parcel.
